Founded in 1982, PT&C provides cost engineering consulting services for commercial, industrial, civil works, and environmental cleanup projects to Architectural and Engineering firms, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Department of Energy, and the Department of Defense. Our highly trained, client-oriented service professionals hold numerous professional certifications that bear directly on the quality and value of PT&C's professional consulting services. PT&C provides in-house training and financial support for certification candidates.
